Norwich's Fire Hydrant Painting Contest Underway
Approximately 44 fire hydrants in the Greeneville Village Section are in need of a new look!
The 2016 Spirit of Greeneville’s fire hydrant painting contest is underway. The City of Norwich Greeneville Neighborhood Revitalization Zone Committee shared the details on the Norwich CT website.
The deadline for entries is August 4 and the fee is $35 per entry. Hydrants must be painted from Sept. 3 through Sept. 16.
The committee will provide the paint and brushes. Anyone interested in more information may visit the Greeneville section of the Norwich website or call Peter Procko at 860-908-5532.
