Pizza Delivery Man Assaulted In Norwich

A man in his 70s is recovering after he was beaten by four men after he delivered a pizza to a customer.

NORWICH, CT — A man in his 70s is recovering from facial and other injuries he suffered when he was attacked by four men, according to The Day. Charles Timon had just delivered a Domino's pizza to a customer at 491 E. St. and was backing out of the driveway when the men began pounding on his car.

Timon got out to check for damages and was attacked, suffering a broken nose, facial fractures, a black eye and a neck injury. He managed to drive back to Domino's where his family picked him up and drove him to Backus Hospital.
