Police Arrest Norwich Man on 2 Counts of Sexual Assault
A 38-year-old man was arrested after allegedly having sexual contact with two 12-year-old girls.
A mother contact Norwich Police on Monday, May 9, reporting a sexual assault against her 12-year-old daughter.
According to The Day, 38-year-old Steven M. Tingen was arrested on Tuesday, May He was arrested on two charges of sexual assault in the first degree and two counts of risk of injury to a minor.
Tingen reportedly knew the two girls and allegedly admitted to police that he had engaged in sexual contact with both of them.
