State Police: Silver Alert For Missing 15-Year-Old Norwich Boy

NORWICH, CT — State police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing 15-year-old boy.

Markus Joinville has brown hair and eyes, is 6-feet tall and weighs approximately 150 pounds. Norwich Police requested the alert, state police said. Police did not provide a photograph of Joinville.
