Three Rivers College Foundation Receives $109,000 Grant

The funds will benefit students in the Nuclear Engineering Technology Degree Program, considered the best in the nation.

Three Rivers College Foundation received $109,000 from Dominion Energy to support full tuition scholarships for students in the Nuclear Engineering Technology Degree Program.

The only program of its kind in New England, the Nuclear Engineering Technology Degree Program is considered the best in the nation. Through classroom, laboratory, and simulator instruction, it educates students in the theories underlying the safe operation of nuclear power generating stations. The Dominion Nuclear Connecticut Millstone Power Station Engineering Technology Scholarship Program has been an exemplary collaborative effort.
