Woman Gives Birth In Car In Norwich During Winter Storm
A woman gave birth to a baby girl in an unexpected fashion Monday.

NORWICH, CT — In the middle of Monday's winter storm, a baby was born in the front seat of her parents' car, according to WTNH. Kaitlyn Vacchina, of Lebanon, unexpectedly delivered a baby girl in her car while in the parking lot of the Backus Hospital Emergency Department.
Her husband, David, ran into the hospital shouting that his wife was giving birth. When he and hospital staff returned to the car, the baby had already been born.
The couple named the healthy baby Molly Joyce. She weighs 8 lbs., 3 ozs.
