Amity Region 5 Finishes in Top 10 of Volleyball Poll

The final postseason poll of high school volleyball coaches in Connecticut yielded no surprise, as RHAM garnered the top spot on 23 of 27 ballots to head the rankings.

The Sachems had a perfect season, dropping not a single set all season in running away with the Class L championship. Class LL champion Greenwich picked up the other four first-place votes to finish second in the balloting.

Southington (18-3), which advanced to the Class LL semifinals, wound up eighth in the final voting.

Here are the final top 10 teams, as selected by 27 coaches across the state:
