CDS Displays Moves Business From Stratford To Orange

The company, which makes trade show displays, is leasing warehouse/office space on Robinson Boulevard.

ORANGE, CT — CDS Displays, which specializes in creating "cost-saving alternatives to traditional custom-built trade show displays and exhibits," is moving its business from Stratford to Orange, officials announced.

The company recently signed a lease for 14,000 square feet of warehouse/office space at 58 Robinson Blvd. in Orange.

CDS Displays was represented in the deal by a team from Colliers International made up of Robert Miller, senior managing director, and Tim Johnson, associate. Colliers International is helping the company relocate and expand its footprint following years of sustained growth, officials said.

Additionally, Group Seven Associates, the property's landlord, was instrumental in meeting the needs of CDS for the deal.

"CDS Displays has experienced tremendous growth over the last few years years and the company needed a new location to satisfy its needs which included both office and warehouse space," said Johnson in a statement. "We're thrilled that we are able to work closely with the great landlord group at Group Seven Associates to meet our client's needs and ensure that CDS has ample space to continue growing."

The deal highlights a continued strong demand for warehouse product in the area. The property is conveniently located in the heart of the Boston/New York City corridor, just minutes away from major highways including I-95, Route 1 and Merritt Parkway. Colliers met the exact criteria mapped out by CDS to find both office and warehouse space in the new location.
