Driver Without Headlights Hit With DUI
Local man was driving down Post Road at night without lights.
Juan Rivera, Jr., 41, of Bridgeport, was charged with DUI and Failure to Illuminate Headlights on August 9 at approximately 10:14 p.m. after police observed him driving without any lights on Boston Post Road in Orange.
Rivera was released on $50 bond and is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on August 23.
