Meridian Tapping Eliminates Negative Feelings

Meridian Tapping, also known as The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), is a proven modality that can be easily learned to help rewire your brain. It is based on the Eastern style of medicine that uses acupuncture points to move negative energy. When energy gets 'stuck,' you feel dis-ease. By moving the energy and releasing the blocked feelings, you feel better. The 'tapping' is a form of acupressure and can easily be learned. Learning how to feel empowered to deal with those challenges in your life that have made you feel like a victim, or feel out of control, is like a gift you give to yourself!

EFT is not hypnosis, although it is used by many hypnotists because it is so powerfully effective and helps enhance the hypnosis experience. It has a similar effect on the brain, changing your response to things that used to trigger your negative feelings or behaviors.

My experience using EFT is that it works 100% of the time. That means that you will immediately begin to experience some improvement. Although it sounds too good to be true, and although it will not solve everything, tangible results are noticed right away. The process begins with measuring the discomfort or power of the negative feeling you want to release. After tapping on the appropriate points and using verbal affirmations, the measuring of the feeling is repeated. The tapping continues until the feeling is reduced to a more comfortable level, or eliminated completely.
