New Lease Agreement Announced For Orange

MILFORD/ORANGE CT — Michael Richetelli, President and Designated Broker of Colonial Properties, Inc., announced the completion of the following transactions in Milford and Orange.

Fred A. Messore represented the landlord in the leasing of 2,500 +/- SF of office space located at 42 Cherry Street, 2nd floor, Milford, for a three-year term.

Mike Richetelli, President, represented the Tenant, Trebco Specialty Products. The Landlord’s attorney was Jerome A. Lacobelle in West Haven; the Tenant was represented by Attorney Steven T. Garsh of Berkowitz, Trager and Trager in, Westport.

Mike Richetelli represented the Landlord, Dr. Leo Zygelman, in the leasing of 860 +/- SF first floor office space located at 370 Boston Post Road, Orange for a three-year term. The Tenant, Bella Rose Beauty, was represented by Lisa Zucaro, Realtor, Colonial Properties. Bella Rose Beauty is a skincare and waxing studio owned by Michele Antonucci of Orange.
