Orange’s 4th Of July Fireworks 2020 Postponed

Orange's traditional Fourth of July events may be postponed, but there are other ways you can celebrate the holiday safely.

ORANGE, CT — July 4 events across the country will not look the same this year thanks to the coronavirus. Many cities and towns have been forced to postpone or cancel the annual Fourth of July events, including Orange.

In addition to postponing this year's fireworks display, the annual Orange Volunteer Firefighters Carnival also was canceled.

Orange Town News writes that organizers hope to have a fireworks display over Labor Day Weekend. Know of other events in the area? Post them on the Patch calendar or share details on our free Neighbor Post feature.
