Orange Warehouse Building Sells For $16 Million: Report
The building is located on Marsh Hill Road in Orange.
ORANGE, CT — A 162,036-square-foot warehouse building 181 Marsh Hill Road in Orange recently was sold for $16.05 million, writes the New Haven Register.
The building, which currently houses Restaurant Depot and Bunzl, rests on about 15 acres and was built in 1992.
The buyer reportedly was an undisclosed Westchester County, New York-based company.
