A four-bedroom home on 18 Laura Ln. was sold by James Carroll to Robert Fries for $348,000 on Sept. 7. The home rests on 1.84 acres of land.

Mountainview Court LLC sold a home on 11 Mountainview Court for $508,000 to Barbara Koziak on Sept. 10.

Trident Properties sold a building to WFS Properties for $345,000 on Sept. 5.  The address is Unit B-B on 7 Willenbrook Rd.
