Armed Robber Hits Rocky Hill Hotel

ROCKY HILL, CT — Police are searching for a suspect after an armed robbery Tuesday at the Holiday Inn Express. The crime occurred at 2:11 a.m. at the 20 Waterchase Drive hotel.

Police described the suspect as a light skinned black male approximately 6 feet tall thin build and 35 to 40 years of age with light shadowy facial hair. He was wearing a navy blue colored hooded sweatshirt with the Patriots emblem across the front upper portion of the sweatshirt, as well as light blue jeans with light colored footwear and black thick rimmed glasses.

The suspect was holding what appeared to be a black revolver with a black grip in his right hand.
