The Farmington Farm Truck is headed into its third season and this spring Villa will look to expand its service areas.

The truck typically visits corporations as part of what Villa terms, "a health and wellness program." Employees of the companies get the opportunity to shop local and fresh in a "very convenient way," she added.

All produce on the truck is Connecticut grown. Some Villa grows on her property and some from other local farms. Offerings range from honey, pickles and hot sauce to corn, peaches, heirloom tomatoes and basil.

"We bring the best of locally grown to you," Villa said.

Traditional stops for the Farmington Farm Truck are at area events and weekly public locations in Farmington, Burlington and Collinsville. Villa said the truck is looking to expand into Rocky Hill.
