First Snow Accumilation Leads To First Parking Ban In Rocky Hill
The first snow accumulation of the season has led to a corresponding on-street parking ban in Rocky Hill.
ROCKY HILL, CT — Thursday's snowstorm has prompted Rocky Hill police to impose an on-street parking ban.
Police said the ban will remain in effect for 24 hours after the storm ends.
