2. Friends of the State Archeologist from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. The Long Journey Home. Albert Afraid-of-Hawk was a member of the Oglala Lakota tribe in South Dakota. He was a performer for Buffalo Bill Cody's Wild West Show. In the year 1900, at the age of 20, Afraid-of-Hawk passed away while on tour in Danbury. Bill Cody purchased a coffin and plot at the Wooster Cemetery in Danbury where Afraid-of-Hawk was buried in an unmarked grave.
