The Most Dangerous Roads in Rocky Hill

ROCKY HILL, CT — Rocky Hill’s most dangerous roadway over the past four years is the stretch of Interstate-91 that rolls through town with more than 1,000 crashes. off the highway, it's state Route 99 with more than 300.

The University of Connecticut Crash Data Repository has crunched data from The Department of Public Safety and the state Department of Transportation.

In all, there were 2,461 crashes in town since 2015 and 4,704 vehicles were involved. A total of 6.058 people were affected.

Eight of the crashes proved to be fatal, 17 involved serious injuries and 211 involved minor injuries.
