ROCKY HILL, CT — Because of an expected snow storm, the Town of Rocky Hill is instituting a parking ban to allow for "safe snow removal of public roads by town staff."
The parking ban will begin on Saturday Jan. 19, at 6 p.m. and will remain in effect for 24 hours after the conclusion of the storm, police said.
