2 Arrested In Connection With Rocky Hill Homicide

ROCKY HILL, CT — Police have arrested two people in connection with a homicide on Pondside Lane in Rocky Hill.

Robert Iacobucci, 75, was found dead in his home at 60 Pondside Lane Monday night. His car was missing from the home.

Police later located the car in New Britain and arrested two people. Franklyn Cruz, 42, and Madeline Dickey, 35, of 39 Chapman Court in New Britain, were charged with murder and robbery.

Police said this remains and active investigation and further arrests are expected.
