Terriers take all seven matches in big win.
Fermi played well in several matches, but ultimately came up short in a 7-0 loss to Rocky Hill in CCC boys tennis action Thursday in Enfield.
Freshman Alex Coffey had a tremendous match lasting more than two hours before falling to Dan Ellegard, 6-7, 6-3, 10-7.
The doubles team of Tristen Duperre and Tuan Ly also played well, winning the first set before dropping the next two.
Despite a dismal 1-13 record, coach Dan Slivinsky is pleased with the progress of his young team.
"We lost six kids from last year, and we have five or six total beginners," Slivinsky said. "We've really learned a lot as the season goes on."
