Rocky Hill High Among Top 10 Most Improved Schools

ConnCAN once again assigned letter grades to every high school in the state and gave Rocky Hill High School a good report card, with a B in three of four categories and an A in writing.

The agency uses the state’s new School Performance Index to hand out the grades.

Rocky Hill was able to bring its scores up from last year, when it received a B in writing and science and a C in reading and math. Overall, the high school’s score went from an 80 to an 87.2.

The school was able to make a quick turnaround, going from an F in improvement last year to an A this year and a place among the Top 10 Most Improved Schools.
