Rocky Hill K-9 Officer Rocky Gets a Hero's Send-Off
Department's K-9 unit retires due to health after years of loyal service.
Rocky Hill police officers said goodbye to a dedicated, decorated member of the force Monday: the department’s K-9 officer Rocky.
Rocky was diagnosed with cancer last week, according to a report on WFSB’s website, and the department gave him an official send-off with a last ride down Cromwell Ave. before he retired.
