Rocky Hill Obituary: Maria Anulewicz, 100
She was a long time employee of the Russell Manufacturing Company in Middletown and a retiree from the former Olin Ski Company in Westfield.

Maria (Faggione) Anulewicz, 100, of Portland, wife of the late Frank J."Jack" Anulewicz, died on Tuesday (October 16, 2018) at the Portland Care and Rehabilitation Center.
Born in Middletown on August 28, 1918 she was the daughter of the late Giuseppe and Concettina (Sbalcio) Faggione. Mrs. Anulewicz was a resident of Rocky Hill and was educated in Middletown schools.
She was a long time employee of the Russell Manufacturing Company in Middletown and a retiree from the former Olin Ski Company in Westfield. Maria was a parishioner of St. James Church. She enjoyed cooking and crocheting.

Mrs. Anulewicz is survived by her son, Joseph Formica of Wolcott; two granddaughters, Marcia Formica of Glastonbury and Pamela Formica of Burlington, VT.; two great grandsons, James and Owen Fieweger of Glastonbury and one sister, Josephine Collomore of Niantic; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister Lucille Klein and two brothers, Sebastian Faggione and Joseph Faggione.
A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family in Rose Hill Memorial Park, Rocky Hill.
