There seem to be many misconceptions of the proposed referendum. We are voting on the allocated money to be able to accomplish this project. The final plans will be decided once the money is approved. Then we may apply for grants to assist us. All of the particulars are available at the Town Hall for those who have concerns. There are scheduled Open Houses on October 4 from 5-8p.m. and October 6 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. for the community to view the present available space. At the Fallfest on October 13 there will be a tent set up from 3-8p.m. and the public may pick up information concerning this referendum. A suggested plan has been posted in the Town Hall and the Cora Belden Library and will, also, be displayed under the Fallfest tent. All are encouraged to become informed with the facts. This is a project that will benefit and enhance the whole community.
