ROCKY HILL, CT - A Rocky Hill resident is $15,555 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On June 9, Mary Frances Maffucci, of Rocky Hill purchased a Fantastic 5's ticket from Road Runners in Rocky Hill and won $15,555.
