Winter Team State Championship History: Rocky Hill High School
Terrier teams have won two state championships in winters past.
ROCKY HILL, CT — As practices for high school winter sports officially get underway across Connecticut Monday (girls basketball, ice hockey and wrestling) and Thursday (boys basketball, indoor track, boys swimming and girls gymnastics), hopes run high for all teams to achieve the ultimate goal: winning a league championship, and possibly a state title.
To help squads get into the championship mentality, here is a listing of the CIAC team championships won by Rocky Hill High School in past winters (* - indicates a co-op team).
- boys basketball (1) - Class S: 2002
- wrestling (1) - Class S: 1998
