SHELTON, CT — A developer has proposed a 25-unit apartment complex on Howe Avenue with room for retail.
The proposed site is what is currently the Donut Shop, according to the Shelton Herald. The Donut Shop would likely remain as a tenant.
Retail space could be used for stores, offices or restaurants.
