4th Of July Fireworks 2021 Near Stamford

STAMFORD, CT — Coronavirus cases continue to drop across the country while the number of those who are fully vaccinated continues to rise, which means there is even more reason to celebrate this Independence Day. July 4 is almost here, so it's time to find out what Fourth of July fireworks and festivities are going on near you.

We have all the fireworks shows, parades and festivals happening in and around Stamford so you can start planning now.

Here's what's in store this July 4 in Stamford:

Fireworks

When: July 5, 9 p.m., 15-20 minute show. The show was originally scheduled for July 2, but has been rescheduled due to weather.
Where: Fireworks launched from rooftop of the Landmark Building, downtown

There will be no public viewing area, but the show will be visible for miles allowing residents to safely watch from restaurant patios, rooftops, windows and balconies. No streets will be closed during the show.

3rd Annual Reading of the Declaration of Independence

When: July 4, 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Where: Stamford History Center
