5 Things for a Fulfilling Tuesday in Stamford

Tuesday at the Ferguson Library brings the next chapter in Mayor Michael Pavia's Civility in America Series, featuring S. Georgia Nugent, an advocate for liberal arts education, recently served for 10 years as president of Kenyon College in Ohio, discusses civility in American society. The event kicks off at 6 p.m. and you can register here. 

The Stamford Board of Representatives Steering Committee meets Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the Democratic Caucus Room of the Stamford Government Center. It is the last Steering Committee Meeting for this term; there is no regular board meeting scheduled in December; the 29th Board will hold its organizational meeting on Monday December 2, 2013, and its first full Regular Board Meeting on January 6, 2014.

There is a special Stamford Board of Education meeting scheduled for Tuesday night on the 5th floor of the Stamford Government Center to discuss the Ten Year Enrollment & Space Utilization Report.
