CT Foreclosure Filings See Year-Over-Year Decrease In February
Foreclosure filings in Connecticut for February 2018 saw a decrease when compared to the previous year.

STAMFORD, CT — Foreclosure activity in the U.S. in February decreased both over the past year and over the past month, according to ATTOM Data. Connecticut followed this trend and had a year-over-year decrease in foreclosure filings for February.
In the Nutmeg state, foreclosure activity was down 19 percent year-over-year, but increased almost 18 percent when compared to January. Connecticut had the 7th highest foreclosure rate in the country.
In February 2018, there were 1,036 foreclosure filings in the state or one in every 1,142 properties had a foreclosure filing.
