Dolores Vaccaro, 94, Of Stamford

Dolores (Dee Caldwell) Vaccaro entered eternal rest peacefully on May 19, 2021 with her loving family at her bedside. Dolores was a lifelong parishioner of Sacred Heart Church in Stamford. She was a graduate of Stamford High School Class of 1944. She was a full-time homemaker since her retirement in 1995. Her family was her pride and joy.

She is survived by her loving husband Michael for 72 years, 2 sons, Michael and his partner Debbie of Pennsylvania, Kenneth and wife Sherry of Connecticut, and daughter-in-law Nancy of Michigan. She was predeceased by her son Tom. She is also survived by her 4 grandchildren Christopher his wife Andrea, Allyson and her husband Andrew, Brent and Laura.

Friends may call at Lacerenza Funeral Home, 8 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford, CT on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, 37 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford, CT. Interment will follow at St. John’s Cemetery, Darien, CT.
