Bronner first entered the real estate industry in 2003 as a sales associate with Weichert, Realtors in Rye, N.Y., where she was recognized as a top producer and the Rookie of the Year. Three years later she became the office manager of the company’s White Plains brokerage, and in that role increased the agent population by 30% while maintaining a 95% retention rate. In 2011 Bronner moved to Florida to manage the Weichert, Realtors Hallmark Properties franchise office in Vero Beach, bringing that office from a 2% to 25% market share position while nearly tripling the agent base.
“Success, growth and profitability have followed Doreen everywhere she has been over the course of her real estate career,” said Paul Breunich, President and CEO of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty. “Her long list of accomplishments is formidable, and I am excited to welcome the many talents she brings to our team.”
