Downtown Stamford Office Complex Sold for $12.5 Million
The buildings sold include tenants Bankwell Financial Group, Wells Fargo, Edward D. Jones and The First Bank of Greenwich.

STAMFORD, CT—Silverback Development announced that it has acquired a three-building 92,000 square foot office complex in downtown Stamford for $12.5 million.
The complex is located at 777 Summer Street, 733 Summer Street, 612 Bedford Street adjacent to the city’s retail hub, restaurant row and judicial district. It is Silverback's first acquisition outside of New York City.
Some tenants of the buildings include Bankwell Financial Group, Wells Fargo, Edward D. Jones, The First Bank of Greenwich and several major law firms.
