Green Party Hosts Nominating Meeting in Stamford
A meeting will be held to select candidates for local office in several towns on May 13, 4 p.m.
From CT Green Party:On Saturday, May 13, the Fairfield County Green Party will hold a nominating meeting to select candidates for local office in several towns, including Fairfield, New Canaan, Redding, and Stamford. The meeting will take place at Stamford Town Center Mall beginning at 4:00 PM. The nominating meeting is open to the public. All Green Party members residing in Fairfield County are eligible to vote on the nominations, while other interested voters are welcome to attend as observers.
In Stamford, the party expects to field candidates for Board of Education, Board of Representatives, and Constable.
