Harbor Point in Stamford Sells for $395 Million

The sale includes five apartment buildings in the South End.

STAMFORD, CT — Five Harbor Point apartment buildings were sold for $395 million.

It's one of the city's largest single real estate deals, according to the Stamford Advocate. The property was acquired by GAIA Real Estate and four partners.

Harbor Point was constructed in 2009 and has a mix of more than 2,300 apartments, 30 retailers and 15 restaurants. Another 2,400 apartments are planned.
