Man Accused Of Kicking Dog While Walking In Stamford: PD

STAMFORD, CT — Police said a man is accused of kicking a woman's dog while walking in the area of South Pacific Street. According to Sergeant Robert Shawinsky, the woman was walking the dog along the street Tuesday evening when Glen Martin, whose address is unknown, "happened to kick" the animal.

Shawinsky said the dog, a small Labrador Retriever, was not injured.

The accused was charged with cruelty to animals, second-degree breach of peace and possession of drug paraphernalia, Shawinsky said.
