More than Half of The Beacon at Harbor Point Occupied
The waterfront apartment complex is proving popular among renters.

The Beacon at Harbor Point, Stamford’s only waterfront luxury high rise, already is more than 50 percent occupied just six months after its introduction the market, according to the developer, Building and Land Technology (BLT).
“We’re pleased to achieve such great success with the launch of The Beacon. At Harbor Point we continue to expand the variety of housing options, and it’s gratifying to see the market respond so quickly to this outstanding luxury property,” CEO of Building and Land Technology Carl R. Kuehner said. “We see this as further affirmation of the increasing appeal of Harbor Point to a wide variety of residents.”
The 22-story Beacon has 240 studio, one-, and two- bedroom residences, is capped by two rooftop observatory decks.
