Shooting At Harbor Point Restaurant Under Investigation: Police
The shooting occurred on Sunday at Taco Daddy, located at 121 Towne St.

STAMFORD, CT — Police are investigating a shooting that occurred at a Harbor Point restaurant over Memorial Day Weekend.
On May 30 at around 3:30 p.m., there was a report of gunfire within the men's restroom of Taco Daddy, located at 121 Towne St.
"There was a reported disturbance or a fight within the men's restroom, and someone, unknown at this point, pulled a gun and fired one shot. At this point there are no victims," said Capt. Richard Conklin of the Stamford Police Department.

Investigators arrived on the scene and found a shell casing in the restroom, but the investigation remains ongoing as "details are slim at this point," Conklin said.
