So Cold Outside, Some Stamford Warming Centers Had To Close
Three of the city's warming centers are closed today, Jan. 5.

STAMFORD, CT — To say it's cold outside in Stamford and the rest of Connecticut would be an understatement. But apparently it's so cold in Stamford today, Jan. 5, that three of the city's warming centers had to close due to the weather conditions, according to officials.
There are still still six warming centers open in the city, and the list can be viewed by clicking here. Inspirica on Woodland Place is an emergency shelter and not open during the day.
It is dangerously cold outside. If you or a loved one need a place to get warm, here are the warming centers for today: https://t.co/Vk21u1yRz3
