STAMFORD, CT — The city's Department of Health clinic has reopened and is accepting patients by appointment only, city officials announced Wednesday.

The clinic, located at 137 Henry Street, offers the following services:

  • Well-child physicals for school
  • Tuberculosis skin testing
  • Hypertension screening for adults
  • Sexually transmitted disease diagnosis and treatment
  • Pediatric blood lead testing
  • Measles Mumps Rubella (MMR) vaccine for college students of all ages
  • Pertussis vaccine for parents, grandparents and daycare providers for children less than one year of age
