Ann and Anthony Folger are excited to open the first Nothing Bundt Cakes in Connecticut, a dream that started for Ann when she was working in the bakery in Midland, Texas. She fell in love with the brand and soon inquired about owning one of her own. Fast forward a little more than a year and she is now thrilled to be the first to introduce the one-of-a-kind cakes to the area. “When I learned that there were openings in the northeast, I immediately thought of Stamford – I love the whole area and it is a quick train ride to the city,” explained Ann. “My oldest daughter graduated from NYU and we spent a lot of time exploring the beautiful towns from Greenwich to Westport. Two of my three daughters have graduated from college and will be working with me, which makes the dream that much better.” The bakery will safely celebrate their opening with a day to benefit The Food Bank of Lower Fairfield County in addition to a socially-responsible ribbon cutting (see details below).
