Stamford Public Schools (SPS) Superintendent Dr. Tamu Lucero announced that there will be two Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) funds Listening Sessions on Monday, May 17, 2021. These remote sessions, one for SPS staff and one for SPS community members, will provide participants an opportunity to gain a better understanding of the rules and requirements for the use of ESSER grant money.   Director of Finance Ryan Fealey will summarize the evolution of the grants—how the money has been used in the past, and how the newly earmarked funds can be used going forward.
