Stamford Realtor Promoted at Halstead Property

The Stamford resident also has been named a vice president for the Connecticut Association of Realtors.

Halstead Property’s Stamford office has announced that Tammy Felenstein has been promoted to Executive Director of Sales, Stamford.

Felenstein has been with Halstead for six years and recently was named Vice President of Large Firms for the state Executive Committee and the Chairperson for the Risk Reduction Committee for the state of Connecticut Association of Realtors.

“Tammy’s infectious energy brings vitality to our Stamford office,” said Diane M. Ramirez, Chief Executive Officer of Halstead Property. “We are thrilled that she’ll be taking on this important role at the state level and we know that she will bring her trademark enthusiasm and work ethic along with her great leadership skills.”

A longtime Stamford resident, Felenstein started her real estate career in 1997 and was a top producer with a strong referral business from loyal clients before she moved into a management position.

In her new role as Executive Director, she will continue to be responsible for the strategic growth, recruitment, and day-to-day management of the Stamford office. Felenstein was recognized as the City of Stamford Realtor of the Year in 2012, and served on the Stamford Board of Realtors in a number of positions over the years.
