STAMFORD, CT — A Stamford man is now $30,000 richer thanks to some luck and the CT Lottery.
According to the CT Lottery, Thomas Hernandez won the big prize on June 16 after playing the 30X Cash 8th Edition at Waterside Liquor Store.
