Stamford Seminar Offered on How to Coexist with Coyotes
The seminar comes after a number of coyote sightings in Stamford.

STAMFORD, CT—A free seminar for Stamford and nearby surrounding town residents will explain how to peacefully coexist with coyotes.
The seminar will take place Sept. 20 from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. at the Ferguson Library, Harry Bennett Branch at 1115 Vine Street.
Wildlife Ecologist Laura Simon with the Humane Society of the United States will speak about tips on how to protect pets from coyotes. She will also speak about how to reduce coyote's attraction to neighborhoods and strategies to keep coyotes out of unwanted places.

The seminar comes after a number of coyote sightings in Stamford, including one where a school girl was followed home by a group of the animals.
