Stamford's Mental Health And Wellness Virtual Summit
The summit will take place on May 27 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
STAMFORD, CT — Several local community agencies, as well as Stamford Public Schools, are hosting a Mental Health andWellness Summit on May 27 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. to support local residents and their families.
All members of the Stamford community are encouraged to learn about the mental health and wellness support services available throughout the city. The summit will feature educational presentations by local experts on topics including managing anxiety, reducing stress, building resilience and helping kids cope.
Programming begins at 12 p.m., and there will be a panel discussion at 4 p.m. to help answer an important question: how can we improve children, youth and families’ relationships and connections with each other, and strengthen one’s own mental health and wellness?
