StrEATeries Returns To Downtown Stamford In April
StrEATeries in Stamford Downtown returns April 1 for the event's second year.

STAMFORD, CT — StrEATeries in Stamford Downtown returns April 1 for the downtown event's second year.
Stamford Downtown, in conjunction with the city of Stamford, is bringing back this exciting initiative started last year in response to the ongoing coronavirus crisis, designed to welcome visitors to Stamford Downtown to dine at restaurants and shop at stores, according to a news release. Restaurant patios will extend to parking spaces in Stamford Downtown on the following streets:
- Bedford St.
- Summer St.
- Lower Summer St.
- Atlantic St.
- Bank St.
- Main Street
The parking lot between Bedford and Forest streets will be closed for the season. Main Street from Washington Blvd. to Clark Street. (Patios extended into parking spaces on south side of Main Street) Street heading West remains open, DSSD officials said.

No right turn from Washington Blvd. to Main Street heading east, DSSD officials said.
Bedford Street Piazza, a portion of the parking area behind Bedford Street (near the Bedford Street Garage), will be transformed into a massive outdoor dining patio featuring some of Stamford Downtown's best restaurants.
When enjoying StrEATeries in Stamford Downtown with family and friends, attendees are asked to respect posted guidelines, observe social distancing and wear a mask at all times when not seated and eating.
