Stamford, CT –September 23, 2013 - The Loft Artists
Association is hosting a “Holiday Show & Boutique” at their 575 Pacific
Street galleries from December 13 to 22, with an opening reception Friday,
December 13 from 5 to 8 pm. A variety of items from artwork, to cards,
ceramics, photography, silkscreened items, clothing and jewelry, will be
available to the public over the holiday season. This year’s event features work by member artists from both the Loft
Artists Association and Laurel House. “These pieces are beautiful,
original, and they make wonderful holiday gifts,” LAA president Ellen Gordon
noted.
A portion of the proceeds will go to support the work of Laurel
House, which provides resources and opportunities for people living with mental
illness, bridging the gap between isolation and community.
